Currents...

Currently thrashing: City of Fire's self titled, and "Eparistera Daimones" from Triptykon. Still have to give the former a few more listens to get reach a conclusive verdict, but I can wholeheartedly recommend "Eparistera Daimones". Unless you're kinda weird about 7-11 minute songs, or hated the last Celtic Frost album.

Currently wondering: If the opening bands were covered in pigeon shit, why would you think the birds would stop for you?, also, is there any coincidence that the Rolling Stones are apparently calling it quits in 2012? I'd hate to think that THEY would be the soundtrack to the apocalypse-that-won't-be.

Looking forward to: City of Fire, and Mayhem coming up in September..



Also shall give the Voltaire show a go too, if there are any tickets left. It's something different than my usual palette of excessive noise and dirtyness these days.
